Falcon Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

This policy explains how Falcon ("we", "our", "Team Super Panda") handles your data across the Falcon app, Falcon Cloud, and falconlogbook.com.

Falcon App

The Falcon app is offline-first. Your flight logbook data lives on your device. We do not have access to it, and we never will.

What we collect: Nothing. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, and no telemetry when used offline. Every flight, aircraft, crew member, and airport you enter stays on your device.

What we store locally:

Analytics: The Falcon app uses anonymous usage analytics to help us understand how the app is used and where to improve. This is enabled by default, but you can disable it at any time in Settings โ†’ Analytics. Disabling analytics does not affect any app functionality.

Third-party integrations you choose to connect:

Falcon Cloud

Falcon Cloud is an optional paid sync service that keeps your logbook in sync across devices.

What we collect when you subscribe:

How we use it: Solely to deliver the sync service you subscribed to. We do not sell, share, or analyse your data.

Data retention: Your synced data is stored for as long as your subscription is active. You can export or delete your data at any time. When you cancel your subscription, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Website (falconlogbook.com)

The Falcon website uses Umami for privacy-friendly analytics. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. It tracks only anonymous aggregate data (page views, referrers, browser type).

We do not embed third-party trackers, ads, or social media scripts.
