This Privacy Policy explains how Falcon ("we", "our", "Team Super Panda") handles your data when you connect your Dropbox account for backup storage.

What We Access

When you authorize Falcon to connect to your Dropbox account, we request access only to an app-specific folder (Apps/falcon-backups/). Falcon cannot read, write, or access any other part of your Dropbox.

What We Store

Falcon uses your Dropbox account solely to store and retrieve encrypted database backup files. These are automatic snapshots of your flight logbook data that let you recover your information if your device is lost or damaged.

What We Do NOT Do

We do not read, share, sell, or otherwise process your Dropbox data. The backup files are transferred directly between your device and Dropbox - our servers are never involved in storing or processing your backups.

Data Retention

Backup files in your Dropbox are retained according to your in-app backup retention setting (default: keep the 3 most recent backups). You can delete individual backups at any time from within the app or directly from your Dropbox account.

Revoking Access

You can revoke Falcon's access to your Dropbox at any time through your Dropbox account settings. Revoking access immediately prevents Falcon from creating or retrieving any additional backups from your Dropbox. Existing backup files will remain in your Dropbox until you manually delete them.

Third-Party Services

Falcon uses only the official Dropbox API to interact with your account. No other third-party services have access to your Dropbox data or your backup files.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify users through the Falcon app.
